???? About the Role
As the Resort Bars Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management of Bar operations, ensuring service excellence, guest satisfaction and adherence to RIU Brand standards. This role requires strong leadership, cultural sensitivity and a hands-on management style suitable for Thailand's hospitality.

You will lead a large service team, and play a key role in the successful pre-opening and long-term operation of the resort.

???? What You’ll Do
Manage and oversee the daily operations of Seven (7) bar outlets in line with RIU standards.

Deliver outstanding guest experiences through high-quality beverage service and personalized hospitality.

Lead, motivate, and manage a large team to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest satisfaction.

Monitor and control operational costs, inventory, wastage, and labor efficiency while achieving departmental targets.

Handle guest feedback and complaints professionally, ensuring timely and effective resolution.

Oversee bar setups, equipment, cleanliness, and overall outlet presentation to maintain high standards.

✔️ What We’re Looking For
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of experience in F&B operations with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role in a 4 or 5-star property.

Skills: Strong leadership skills with ability to manage large, multicultural teams. Excellent service mindset and strong understanding of guest expectations.

Education/Certifications: Degree or a diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field. HACCP, Beverage, mixology certifications are a plus.

Other Requirements: Strong command of English (spoken and written) & Thai is a must.
