Marketing Executive – Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a 5-star hotel, luxury hospitality, or related industry

Strong understanding of hotel branding, positioning, and luxury service standards

Experience in digital marketing, including social media platforms, website content, and online campaigns

Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events

Good knowledge of online travel agents (OTAs) and marketing collaborations

Strong copywriting and content creation skills (English required; additional languages are an advantage)

Basic knowledge of graphic design tools and coordination with creative agencies is an advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing analytics tools

Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience

Marketing Coordinator - Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

-1–3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related role.

-Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and basic SEO principles.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design or marketing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Analytics).

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

-Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

-Creativity and attention to detail in developing marketing materials and campaigns.

-Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

-Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn.
