- Manage brand positioning and ensure all marketing and communication materials comply with IHG brand guidelines.
- Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns to drive room revenue, F&B revenue, and brand awareness.
- Oversee digital marketing channels, including hotel website content, social media platforms, online campaigns, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Coordinate with IHG regional marketing teams, approved agencies, and internal departments to ensure brand consistency.
- Manage public relations activities, including media relations, press releases, influencer engagement, and promotional events.
- Support sales and revenue teams with marketing materials, promotions, and communication strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and campaign performance to optimize marketing effectiveness.
- Prepare marketing plans, budgets, performance reports, and presentations for hotel management and IHG.
- Ensure all marketing and communication activities comply with IHG policies, brand standards, and legal requirements.
- Lead, coach, and develop the marketing and communications team to achieve departmental objectives.
