KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & QUALIFICATIONS

* Certified Freedive Instructor from a recognized agency such as PADI, SSI, AIDA or equivalent
* Valid First Aid, CPR, and AED certification
* Experience conducting freediving lessons and guided freediving sessions
* Strong knowledge of freediving safety, rescue procedures, risk management, and the buddy system
* Able to conduct or support snorkeling, skin diving and sightseeing boat trips
* Provide professional safety briefings, equipment briefings, breathing preparation, and guest debriefings
* Able to assess guest ability, sea conditions, weather, and visibility before conducting activities
* Strong guest service mindset with good English communication and interpersonal skills
* Basic underwater photography or videography skills
* Good knowledge of reef-friendly practices and responsible underwater behaviour
* Experience in breathwork, meditation, yoga or watersports will be an advantage
* Professional, safety-minded, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team
