Position Purpose
Lead and strategically plan Procurement & Strategic Sourcing and Inventory Control for STAY Wellbeing & Lifestyle Resort. Manage costs, negotiate with suppliers, control product quality to meet hotel standards, and ensure alignment with sustainability principles and relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Sourcing & Vendor Management: Develop strategic procurement plans, source, select, and negotiate contracts with local and international suppliers to secure the best prices and terms, with a focus on Eco-friendly/Organic products.
• Operations & Inventory Management: Manage the procurement process (PR to PO) and inventory through the Comanche system. Coordinate with various departments (F&B, Wellness, Rooms, Engineering) to ensure sufficient product availability, manage FIFO, and prepare monthly stock summaries.
• Cost & Financial Control: Manage procurement budgets, analyze data to reduce costs, and verify document accuracy in coordination with Accounts Payable.
• Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, develop, and train the Purchasing and Store teams to ensure efficient, safe, and accurate operations in accordance with OH&S requirements.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or above in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hotel Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years of procurement experience in a luxury hotel or lifestyle resort.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience at a managerial level.
• Proficient in the Comanche hotel procurement system and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong strategic negotiation and budget management (Financial Acumen) skills.
• Very good command of Thai and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
• Knowledge of or connections with Organic / Eco-friendly product suppliers in Thailand will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of customs procedures and product import processes will be an advantage.
