The Successful Candidate Will Also Meet the Following Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Engineering Department Head role.
• Experience in luxury pool villa resort properties within Thailand.
• Proven experience in sustainability programs and participation in the Thailand Sustainable Tourism Awards (international awards will be an advantage).
• Strong budget control and project management skills.
• Good command of English communication.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Possess hotel pre-opening experience.
• Relevant technical education, certificates, and professional accreditations.
