Job Purpose:
To drive sustainable revenue growth and strengthen the company's market position by developing and executing strategic sales and marketing initiatives The role is responsible for expanding the B2B client portfolio, enhancing profitability, and building long-term partnerships across key industry segments.
Key Result Areas:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve annual revenue targets, drive market expansion, and strengthen competitive positioning.
2. Identify and secure new B2B business opportunities across key segments (Hospitality, Healthcare, Corporate, Industrial), expanding the client portfolio within the assigned territory.
3. Lead strategic account management initiatives, building long-term partnerships with key clients, conducting regular business reviews, and ensuring high client retention.
4. Oversee contract negotiations and pricing strategies, ensuring alignment with cost structure, market conditions, and profitability objectives.
5. Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities, market gaps, and emerging industry trends.
6. Develop and implement brand and marketing initiatives, including promotional campaigns, tender proposals, and sales materials to enhance market visibility and lead generation.
7. Monitor sales performance, revenue forecasts, and profitability metrics, providing regular reports and strategic insights to management.
8. Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations and Finance to ensure service delivery excellence, cost control, SLA compliance, and sustainable margin performance.
9. Lead, coach, and develop the Sales team, setting KPIs, monitoring performance, and driving a results-oriented culture.
General:
Responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and leading sales initiatives across B2B and B2C segments, including Hospitality, Linen Rental Services, Villas, and Condominiums, and Industrial sectors. This role focuses on expanding the client portfolio, achieving sales targets, and supporting the company's long-term business growth and market position.
Key Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. Minimum of 5 years experience in a Sales Manager role, preferably within a B2B or service-oriented industry.
3. Experience in industrial laundry, hospitality, healthcare, or service industry is an advantage.
4. Strong negotiation and communication skills.
5. Ability to analyze financial data and sales performance.
6. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
7. Good command of English and Thai.
