ตำแหน่ง : Housekeeping Manager (Pre-Opening)
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field; relevant vocational qualifications may be considered with strong experience
Minimum 5–7 years of housekeeping experience in luxury hotel or resort operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
Proven responsibility for managing room and public area cleanliness, presentation standards, and turnaround times in high-end properties
Demonstrated capability in planning and overseeing daily operations, scheduling, inventory control, budgeting, and cost management for linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
Experience in establishing, implementing, and maintaining housekeeping standards and SOPs, including room inspection procedures and quality audits
Strong focus on training and developing housekeeping teams, with an emphasis on service mindset, grooming standards, safety, and hygiene
Ability to collaborate effectively with Front Office, Engineering, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely room readiness
Experience in pre-opening, including set-up of operating supplies, room standards, and cleaning protocols, is an advantage
Proficient in Thai and English, both spoken and written
Competent in MS Office and hotel/housekeeping systems, with strong organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
