Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in sales for luxury hotels/resorts, including at least 3–5 years in a senior sales leadership role

Proven track record of delivering revenue growth, market share improvement, and achievement of room and total revenue targets

Demonstrated expertise in key segments such as luxury leisure, high-end travel advisors, corporate, and MICE, with established trade and partner relationships (domestic and international)

Strong commercial acumen, with experience in sales planning, forecasting, pricing strategies, and collaboration with Revenue Management

Thorough understanding of distribution channels, CRM, digital sales tools, and account management best practices

Experience in pre-opening, positioning, and launching new hotel or resort products is an advantage

Leadership capability to build, develop, and retain a high-performing sales team, with a focus on clear targets, performance management, and coaching

Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to represent the property and brand at trade shows, sales missions, and executive-level meetings

Proficient in English (spoken and written); Thai language skills are an advantage

Proficient in MS Office and sales/CRM systems, with disciplined follow-through and attention to detail
