Technical Skills:
DJ Equipment Proficiency: A Resident DJ should be proficient in using DJ equipment, including:
Turntables or CDJs (Digital Turntables)

Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs): Many DJs use software such as Serato DJ, Traktor Pro, Ableton Live, or Rekordbox to mix, produce, and manipulate tracks.
Basic Audio Engineering Skills: A basic understanding of sound systems, equalization (EQ), and sound dynamics will help ensure optimal sound quality during the performance. A DJ must also be familiar with adjusting the levels and managing the audio mix.
