Position : Sales Office Cashier
Job Responsibilities
•Process various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, checks, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment channels.
•Perform daily cash reconciliation to ensure all receipts are accurately recorded and balanced.
•Prepare daily collection reports and submit them to the finance department.
•Deposit cash and checks into designated bank accounts according to company procedures.
•Coordinate with the sales team and sales management to verify customer payment status and related supporting documents.
•Properly safeguard receipts, payment records, bank deposit slips, and other financial documents.
•Process various payment methods, including cash, bank transfer, checks, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment channels.
Qualifications: Sales Office Cashier (Real Estate)
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
•1–3 years' experience as a cashier or in sales office admin (real estate experience a plus)
•Skilled in handling cash, bank transfers, checks, and card payments
•Experience with cash reconciliation, daily reports, and bank deposits
•High accuracy, attention to detail, and strong numerical skills
•Good coordination skills with sales and finance teams
•Honest, trustworthy, and responsible in handling money and documents
• Able to work under pressure during peak sales periods
• Proficient in MS Office and basic accounting/POS systems
