ตำแหน่ง : Assistant Front Office Manager
(Thai nationality only)
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism, or a related field
Experience
2–5 years of experience in Front Office operations
Previous experience as Front Office Supervisor, Guest Service Supervisor, or Duty Manager is preferred
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are an advantage)
Ability to handle guest complaints professionally
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Knowledge of hotel policies, SOPs, and service standards
Proficiency in Opera PMS
Basic knowledge of revenue management and forecasting
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
