- Drive online visibility, engagement, and conversion to support room revenue, F&B revenue, and brand awareness.
- Coordinate with IHG regional digital marketing teams and approved agencies to implement digital initiatives effectively.
- Oversee content creation for digital platforms, including social media, website updates, online promotions, and digital advertising.
- Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics (e.g. website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, ROI) and prepare performance reports.
- Manage online reputation, including guest reviews and social listening, in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Support sales, revenue, and marketing teams with digital tools, campaigns, and data insights.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the hospitality industry.
- Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
- Ensure compliance with IHG policies, data privacy regulations, and legal requirements across all digital activities.
